C-page view each client individually and assess and consult with the client to deliver the best quality and cost effective service. We furthermore offer our services to our clients on a contracting base whereby the initial cost for the website design has been phased into the monthly hosting and maintenance fee for a contracting period of 36 months.

At the end of the contracting period the client is offered a contract renewal and choice to upgrade the website. The upgrade is intended to keep the client's website up to date with technology enhancements and design trends.
Promotional and Custom Development Packages
A promotional package is usually a website that requires no or very little client interactivity and is intended as an information and advertising medium.
A website with specific custom development features and functions usually requires additional database features and client interactive functions and can serve as a promotional, functional and management platform.
Design/Development process and timeframe
The following serves as an indication of a typical design/development process.
- Receive client requirements, specifications and profile details
We will also be of assistance in this stage and provide our suggestions.
- Domain setup and registration
- Presentation of proposed website - sign-off is required
Note: In the case of additions or changes another presentation needs to be scheduled and a new sign-off will be required.
- Final presentation
- Website publishing
- Email setup
- Search engine submission
The complete process should not exceed 3 to 4 weeks. As soon as the process is completed, the client will be invoiced from the beginning of the following month whereby the contracting period will begin.
Note: The design/development process will not start before there is a written service agreement between C-Page and the client. The agreement serves to protect the interests of both parties. It also reflects our commitment to service.
